my double room had an electric kettle, a stone fireplace, and central heating. overlooked garden. location: the hotel was short walk to france. moreover, it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from a medieval cathedral.

Comfortable and clean rooms. Authentic local experience. Isolated location, but perfect for tranquility. Historic interior.

Breakfast was a treat, with homemade bread, jams, and yoghurt. We had the option of eating on the terrace, enjoying the view. the homemade dinner was delicious, as was the local red wine. the host was charming and helpful, making our experience enjoyable. the hotel's location provided a peaceful and authentic experience with locals.
The building is very old and creaky, but it adds to the charm. Some might find the chateau not as grand as expected, but it didn't bother us.
